Downloads

Downloading your order immediately

  • There will be a download button on the last step of the order form.
  • If you don’t have a download button (due to your mailing address not matching your credit card) then look in your email receipt. There will be a download link in your email receipt.

Downloading your order later

  • This download method is not available until orders are processed (usually the next day).
  • Use your email address and order number to download here.
  • If you don’t know your order number then ask us what it is here.

Exchanges and uninstalling our software

If you order the wrong item don’t worry, just email us and explain what you need. If you know your order number please include that in the email.

Uninstalling

Windows:

  • Go to Control Panel.
  • Look for Programs and Features and click that link. (Prior to Win7 this was called “Add/Remove Software)
  • Scroll down to Reference Point Software and select that item.
  • You will be prompted to uninstall.

Mac: Just drag downloaded items to the trash.
